Hello OTLanders,
I made this thread in hope to motivate the people of OTLand and inspire them to start working out.
You don't have to work for the best body in the world, but today it is very common that people are either overweight or really skinny.
That is either due to their laziness or bad dieting.
It is no shame to show your body if overweighted or not.
I used to weight 50kg and I am 170cm at age of 18. I started proper dieting and training 7months ago non stop and now I am around 67KG.

I have a 2-3years experience because I used to train for few months and stop for more months so I didn't do any progress. I was also trained under personal trainers.
This is my 7months transformation and I am hoping that I will not stop here and continue working for a better work.
