If you actually read the thread, you'd see I said I was trying to enforce the rules there, no need to create a new topic.

Just realized my answer looks a bit aggressive, let me rephrase it:

I specified in that post that I am trying to enforce the rules already, which means creating a new topic suggesting this, is not useful since it's already being taken care of.
