"Bootmgr is compressed" how to fix?

As title says, when I start my computer I get the error message.
"bootmgr is compressed.
press ctrl + alt + delete to restart the computer"
 
doesn't work, when I enter the bios and choose what disk it just shows the same message, "bootmgr is compressed".
