Lua Boots +1mlvl for mages, +1sword for knights

Its possible to do, that Boots give
+1mlvl for sorc,druid
+1sword/axe/club for knight
+1dist for pally?

if its possible how to do it?

I want only sorc/druid to get +1mlvl
