How should I, a normal player report them?

Vocation: Sorcerer/Druid/Knight/Paladin
Hours:She's been botting since the server started, 5 hours a day!
Information that you think it's necessary: She's using a good outfit, squirrel outfit most of the times, so you don't regonize her. She goes multiple times to depot to deposit, so I think she's got an depositer.
