Do I need a quest for it? Or just 3k demonic essences? and where to get it what npc?

You need quest and 3k d esse for full outfit.

As the poster above said, you need to do the quest and then hand in 3000 demonic essences in order to get the addons. Why you need to do the quest to turn in just the addon items is because in order to reach the addon NPC's you will have to do the quest. But don't worry, it's not without rewards. You will actaully be rewarded with both the ability to get the addons and with experience (50 000 * current stage). Also with these 3000 demonic essences you will get either a nightmare shield or necromancer shield depending on which guild you wishes to join.
