This not was a BUG! OMG! Go to there and you find that Sucks Demon Skeleton are in this SQM.
If you don't want this problem, try remove spawn file from there or put those sqm with PZ-Locked.

Maybe bots from people. If you don't want this go to you config.lua and change:

autoBanishUnknownBytes = false

Set it to true.
