Lua Bug NPC - Crasher WPE

I found a bug in which it is possible to knock down the server through WPE by buying items quickly which will cause lag and consequently crash.

I have been able to experience the same problem, in my case they use WPE pro with the boat npcs, I do not know exactly how they do it, but I have seen live how they put the cpu to 100% and server crash without logs.
Do you know how to solve it?

OTX isn't 1.2/1.3.
This should have been posted on the OTX github page, unless you can reproduce with TFS aswell.
