Do you have the right amount of points from grizzly adams? You need 20 or something like that...

You can't move them - it's map bug.

its supposted to be sticked on a stone and not movable

First of all, when u use any exori spell ice rapier(any enchanted weapon) doesn't disappear like it should(enchanted weapon should drop ONE charge per hit). Second of all with exori/exori gran and probably other exoris he should deal an ice damage too(with physical).

I finished 3rd mission of In Service of Yalahar the quest log says its completed...

However the quest goes on but without quest log updates...
I don't want to continue this quest because I fear it will get fucked up...

Nothing will happen, you can resume the quest but it just wont show up in your quest log

This have been reported so many times. And I hope they wont put thier time into fixing a stupid questlog before fixing other more important issues.

You can only start the next mission if you have completed the previous mission. And the npc's will tell you if you have finished it or not

if you ask the npc for an missions it tells you want you need to do and if you didnt do it yet
