Bug using runes/fluids while walking

Hello,

Im having a problem when trying to use runes/fluids while walking, sometimes it does not miss/use it, the character just kind go back the sqm like in the video below:

Help where to change it so that it is liquids while walking
so that there is no undo during use
where in src ?

Found this thread whit a similar problem, tried the interval settings but it didnt fix, my server had none of the intervals mentioned, i added just the 3 he pointed but no succes.
