[BUG] Vocations.xml isnt working

Dunno if it's only with me, but when I try to change vocations.xml like gainhpamount="5" to other value it dont work, I start the server and the player continue gain 5hp each time, and the gainticks too, I change to 1 and the speed continue the same was before...

Someone test it, if it is only with me...
