Bug with magic lvl

I don't know how it happens but:
Sometimes when player use spell he get xxx magic level (sometimes 244+- someting 3422+-) and serwer got BIG LAGG, players can't join to the server.
Server is down without crash (Big lagg, can't do nothing).
How to fix it? Where is a problem????
