The Djinn War - Efreet Faction (Green Djinn Quest) is bugged, when you use the fountain located in the north of the room the Tear of Daraman doesn't show up. Also you can't buy it from Black Bert because the Thieves Guild Quest is not working. Thanks.
 
The green quest does work, you're just using the wrong fountain. Friend has it completed.

SoftCores was already moved to a new server 4 days ago, strike95 seems to be confused and misinformed.
