The first layout is good ,just remove the penugin,add some powerfull logo,that fits to the theme,you can't just pick one ,and it's all about practice.
The second layout is good ,but the logo doesn't fit there,and try to use better fonts for text logos,also use drop shadows,inner shadows,strokes,gradient overlays for the menu,etc..
The third template is good,but I don't like the the font up and menus.
You also need to use one color,but darker,then adding white to it (example).I suggest you to don't use more colors in the template.A logo for me is the most important part of the layout.You must find one logo that fits to your theme of the template.

I suggest you also find some tutorials on google,and then see how other ppl is designing layouts,and make it in another color,Experiment with effects,use some diffrent tools,etc..

Only picture I can see is 3rd one, but nothing to judge in it really..

Got to see the rest. But there's nothing to rate in the other pictures really.. Too stretched fonts. The layouts are HELLA messy overall, and you have no right to copyright a website with stretched button (which I doubt you made), a penguin and a background. All you did was add 6 words and you copyright it. But oh well.. Keep on trying, maybe you will get somewhere. But hey, bring something to judge for your next post, because there's nothing atm.

You probably won't want to hear honest opinions coming from the users..
