Hello I need help.
need to rewrite functions in C + + so that ManaCost was reduced by an amount dependent on the skill percent.
Control Mana = CLUB
eg: I have the ability to control mana = 20, the spell normally takes 100 mana but when I have 20 mana control, control is 20% less or 80
