Scripter C++. Requesting report violation feature

Hey guys,

So I'm using a 1.4 downgraded TFS for the client 8.6. I'm looking for someone to help me add a feature that would allow people with GM/God rank to see and respond to these reports being made in game (CTRL + R). It's probably an easy task for someone with experience but I'm lost all the way.

Ill provide my source files if needed. Please DM me with a price suggestion.
