Sorry, no one like you could even get their attention. You need to be hated by cip.
For example, if you play inferna, and you get power there and keep killing everyone, will result in Cip does everything to bring you down.

My friend posted on a post on thoria thread:
"When I come back I will power abuse everyone" on a random acc.
Result was all accounts registred on this guys name got instantly deleted with no traces, even if the char he posted on was not even registred on him.
