It's already in the base server, the !spells script...when i try to say it i get

and i am also having trouble with this, i have no idea how to fix it

for your second isuee
SQLITE ERROR: no such table: z_ots_comunication
 
Mmm, sorry. Not sure then.
I don't know enough about databases to help you further on that.
I pulled that answer from google searching.

As for the first issue, again, google search provided the results.
It appears to be some sort of issue with 64 bit systems as opposed to using a 32 bit system.
Idk if it's the lib files, or the source, or a limitation of windows, but the issue presents itself when using the 64 bit version of the server.
The only solution provided in those threads was to install the 32 bit version of the server your wanting to run.


Hopefully someone can clarify further, but that's all I've been able to gather for you.
