Can do exp rate on people stage on pvp enforced?

I want to ask you, can i take exp rate stage on pvp enforced? ;> like:


13-14 lvl / 15x
14-15 lvl / 12x
15-16 lvl / 10x
16-17 lvl / 9x
17-20 lvl / 8x


?? I need it fast!!! ;/
