Complaint Can I get an answer?

As the title says: Can I get an Answer without beeing ignored by the one who banned my user
"Donio", I do not have any clue of what I'v done to the community to deserve a ban that will never be lifted..
If I could just get an answer why I became banned would be a step on the way, becouse this isnt making any sence to me. It would be realy appreciated.
