1. Are you using a router? If so visit, PortForward.com - Port Forwarding Guides Listed by Manufacturer and Model

2. If not; just enter firewall settings.. control panel -> firewall -> system and security -> Windows firewall -> advanced settings, should be something like "Add port" or "open port" not sure, but put 7171 TCP & UCP, also 7172

a firewall is in ur computer goto start->control panel->firewall

Its still wont work - its says something with

"Port is open" but still wont work ?
