Can my friend host it for me help!!!!!!!

I HAVE A server and im lagging much when i enterthe server but what if i send my whole server map to him can he host it from there (you know start the server there) and the phpmyadmin and all that stuff mysql and appache can i have them me with while he is hosting it

if you want your friend to host the server, you'd have to send everything you have to him,but the DB and website will have to be hosted on his computer aswell and you will only have direct access to the files through him (unless u set up a ftp or smthin)
