Canary 1286 client server problem with logging into 127.0.0.1

run into this problem with connecting to my server.. i set ip in config.lua to my global ip and also in config.php.
ports are opened. any ideas why i cant login when ip is set to global? i can login when ip is set to 127.0.0.1
