This does not appear to be a Canary issue.

You need to have a website/AAC with a login.php endpoint to authenticate the client, whether you are using the CipSoft client or Mehah / OTClient Redemption.

You can follow my example tutorial here:

OTClient - OTCv8 & TFS1.7 <Can't log in> (https://otland.net/threads/otcv8-tfs1-7-cant-log-in.304457/#post-2800948)

In your case, configure it for your client version, for example 15.11, and set up the login flow as shown in the tutorial.

You may ignore the bindOnlyGlobalAddress = false part.

Canary and TFS have different structures, so this setting does not apply the same way. In Canary, you can keep bindOnlyGlobalAddress = false.

The rest of the tutorial should still be useful.

There are already many topics about this same issue on the forum. I recommend searching first, because this problem has been solved several times before.

If you still cannot find the correct solution, then you can post more details here and ask for help.

80 port. New port new error. Insane. Why this is so complicated. Geeeez. I attached config lua and init.lua from canary and otclient. Maybe someone can have a look on these and help me.
If you'd bothered to check your private messages, you would have already solved the issue
I had the exact same problem on my end, and I sorted it out

However, if you simply want to talk about the problem, this is a good place
