Cannot add items to shop?

Ive searched around about how to add items to Shop in site..
everyone loggs in with admin account and goes to " add items to shop " or something like that in "layout" ( with things like admin panel ect)
i have 3 options..
Admin panel
Edit configs
News system

and i can only enter my admin panel..
so my question is how should i add items to Gift Shop..
