Solved Cannot compile a tibia 10.9 version

Hey guys I am trying to compile a 10.9 version for myself to play around with in my free time, but I am running into some problems.

I have followed all the steps to the letter so i am clueless why it will not compile.

visual studio vc 14.0 is the compiling package for 2015 VS, vc 12.0 is compiling package for 2013 VS

@Shyzoul he was talking about downgrading 2015 update 2 towards 2015 upgrade 1 =) , but adding those 3 lines into the code @Zothion stated it also works.
