Windows Cannot connect error code 200002

Hello,
I am attempting to learn to compile and i compiled a tfs 1.1 for 10.76 but i cant connect
i keep getting the error code 200002, never seen this before..
does anyone know what i did wrong?

if you are runing the server on youre own pc, some routers doesnt allow you to request to your own computer, try to enter from other pc if it not works maybe is the config.lua, try the local ip else the global one(for the local ip if you are in windows pres win + r and type cmd, then type ipconfig and serch for your ip, if you need the global serch in google whatsmyip)
