Cannot Connect to my VPS

Hello, I am having Trouble connecting to my VPS, I Try to connect and it says:
1.Remote access to the server is not Enabled.
2.The remote Computer is Turned off.
3.The remote Computer is not avalible on the network.
Im using 100Tbh.com for my VPS.

I havent dont anythign with it sense I've bought it, and it still wont work.
