Cannot connect to Mysql server

I decided to try tfs 1.1 ( the one Evan posted in distributions ) and the compiling went flawless, But the reason to this post is that I want to get some help fixing the problems in the picture below.

Help would be appreciated!

Now I need an account manager because I don't want to use a website. Do you have a link on how to create account manager? I have not found it anywhere.

After the release of TFS 1.0 they removed Account manager. So you are forced to use Website.

I'm following every step he's doing in the config.php but I can still not get the website to work. Would you know any web applications that would work for this?
