I Download New Client And Ip Changer And Not Work I Cant Log In Plz Help
 
You must close the old IP Changer (so that it's not running at all, close from tray). Once it's closed you must start the new version that you downloaded (if you see "Port:" in the IP Changer window, you're still running the old one).
