Cannot make the owner account

Hello guy
I had this problem I have made a a server and I made an account but when I try to make a god I can't I always change the type to 5 and the group-id to 3 but nothing happens so please I need a help thanks

1. delete the distro u downloaded

2. never download another 1 again
