Cannot make the owner account

Hello guy
I had this problem I have made a a server and I made an account but when I try to make a god I can't I always change the type to 5 and the group-id to 3 but nothing happens so please I need a help thanks

First I would like to thank you for the respond and
my server is forgotten for 8.62 so do you know the number ?
and I know this is too much but if you have any server map or data please I need it and it will be better if it 8.60 and thanks soo much
and what is the (btw) ? and what number should I change ? I change the type number so is it correct ?

Go into your folder and find groups.xml (data -> xml -> groups.xml) check what group id is the "god/admin" then enter that group ID # in your database (players -> group_id)

Simplified:
1. Check groups.xml
2. Change the players group_id in your database
