You are trying to compile OTX 3 = TFS 1.2 with libraries of tfs 0.3.7 if u go to the github read well everything you will see that OTX 3 for 7.72 is not completed you need go to branchs and select OTX 2 then download this one if u want a server 7.72

I don't need to see your post, he provided an error and I provided a link to a solution, this error is not just linked to compiling for tfs servers, it is a general error, one which does require a little bit of research on their part.
I am no spring chicken when it comes to the IT field, I made a living off of this field for many years (and still do to this day), most likely longer than most of you have been alive, so please spare me your "lol"
