Cannot start server.. [ Error c++]

Was about to start my new server when this popped out ..
I have no idea what this is...

Just delete guildWarSystem.xml from mods folder.

Just delete guildWarSystem.xml from mods folder.

I dont have guildWarSystem.xml, the only Xml files i have in mods are : buypremium_command, changender_command, custommonsters, customspells, firstitems, highscorebook, Military Ranks.. :s

Simple debugging: remove all new scripts, put them in 1 by 1, when u get the error, ta-da, found the problem.
