Cannot use items from distance!!!!!!!!

So ive got a problem on my server, I can't use items from distance. Like stairs and doors etc. I can't even open dead bodys if i click on them when I'm more then 2 Sqms away, my character just runs there and then nothing happens.

ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS?
