AAC CAN'T ACCESS TO WEBPAGE FROM ANOTHER PC

Hello guys, I want your help with a problem: I can login to my webpage via localhost from my pc (the one hosting the webpage), but when I try to login to my ip: 200.104.242.72, by another pc, it doesn't allow me. I am using myaac and uniform server, I configurated config.php / config.lua and don't know what to do. I have opened the ports (and checked they are open in port checker) and disabled the firewall... Really don't know what to do
