Can't Add/Edit Server

Whenever I try add my server, or edit one I land on a white page and nothing happens. IE + Chrome. :/

It seems to be working right now, though I have a feeling it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't lol.

yeah you cant add your server now its bug i think.. it says Your server has to be online if you want to add it to our list! for you?
