Windows Can't add PACC

Welcome, i have a problem, because i can't add premium time to accounts. Im making ots at engine Avesta 0.6.4 (7.4) Sqlite. In Sqlites table i added 90 premium days(there is table called "premed") and it doesnt work. Also i tired to make pacc rune/npc and its same, but in this black ots window is warning about addPremium... Can u help me?

How i can change it on my SQL, when that db.db3 won't upload on XAMPP.

Because you need use in your folder schemas/mysql.sql you can import that file to XAMMP in phpMyAdmin

I changed my server on mysql, again can't add pacc in accounts table. To add pacc is table "premend"?
