Windows cant add server to servlist?

yeah um when i try to add my server to servlist it says this

Your server has to be online if you want to add it to our list!

server is on, port's r opened...idk whats wrong X_X

make sure your ports are open Open Port Check Tool and you have you global ip in your config?

Go Config make sure you have setted the Ip Adress Correctly, What Is My IP Address - Shows Your IP Address check you're ip and write it in the config.lua and when you're adding the server to otservlits make sure you use the right ip or if you use any domain make sure you set right ip adress for that domain.
