Cant bann people

hello,im using 9.31 ot server and when i tryed to bann another char it didnt worked i can just report him oO? how i fix this

When i do that it comes like document to write somth when i do it and press "ok" still noth happen? oO

go in data/XML and open commands.xml
find the ban thing and the ingame works and try that if it works

<command cmd="/ban" group="1" acctype="3"/>

This is mine you need to have a acctype 3 or higher so sure that the gm acount you using have 3 or higher?

haha this is really sad god acc type is 6 when i write /ban bla bla it comes like document and when i write anything and press ok still nothing happen

Set your account type to "5" on "accounts' table in your DB, then set your character to "group_id" "3",

If it doesnt work then i dont know, im still testing with this distro and I hadn't put it online, so, nobody to ban.

Btw, you can check commands on (...)\data\XML\Commands.xml

Max number on it is account type '5' maybe cuz' you have 6 it doesnt work.
