Can't buy at Npc even if have money on bank

I'm having some issues to buy stuff with all npcs on the server.

I'm able to buy if i have money in my BP but can't if got my money on the bank account.

Have 10k on my bank account
tried to buy and message "You don't have money"

What TFS version are you running?
What is modified in the code (in this case the NPC libs, maybe even the source code since the NPCs should accept bank balance as a payment)
