Can't change avatar?

Hi! Im trying to change my avatar and whenever i click my avatar i get Error
The following error occurred:
The contents of the uploaded image do not match the file's extension.

Anyone have any idea how i can delete my current avatar?

i got that sometime too, what I did was just manually changing the file extension name from .png/jpg to .jpg/png (something like this)
