Cant connect my server

Hello as you can see i trying to host my server, i have tryed everthink but cant connect to my server using my ip. i Have turned of the firewall, open the port, sent it on the config. lua, Want more do i need ?

Change 7171 and 7172 to TCP

you meen change them both to all caus they need to be tcp/udp not only 7171 tcp and 7172 udp
