Can't connect to a login server

So, I have all my ports opened (except for 80, no idea what to use for that), I have the server.exe running, and I try to log into my OT, and I get this for some reason:

haven't had this since I was using the wrong ip to connect when I started my server a week or 2 ago.
Please help. This is bugging the crap out of me.

Same IP?

Didn't see anything about Global IP in cmd, but I did see that for some reason, my ipv4 changed.

Now it's connecting to a login server, but it won't connect to the game world.

Fixed it! I just had to edit the global.lua a little to fix my vocation functions and change the ip I was using for my ports and now it's working.
