Windows Can't connect to character list!

Hello guys, long time no see.

I got abit of a issue, there is this server I play on and just a couple of days ago something happend..
When Im trying to login and chose a character it just keeps loading, like forever - check this img

I have changed ip changer, rebooted my router and re-downloaded the client (8.6)

Hope someone familiar with this problem

firwall blocking server , or router

I disabled the firewall on the computer and my router doesnt even have one :/
