Solved Can't Connect to my own server and my friends can

All my ports are openned, i've tryied every combination os IP's to connect and nothing works! It Happens only in my server TFS 1.0 10.78. Any help?

I've added my domain to hosts pointing to my IPv4 address. Is that the solution for this? I'm having the same problem.

Yes, I've seen. But doesn't work at all with me.
Can you specify your hosts file?
Mine is like:
192.168.135.15 test.sytes.net

I did it. Just waiting for someone to login again.
canyouseeme.org now shows that the ISP is not blocking port 7171-7172 instead of connection refused.
