Windows Can't Connect to my Server

Hello otlanders,
I have 2 problems with my ot
Tfs 0.3.6v8
First Problem: When i try to connect and i give the right account name and password Getting Invaild password
and when i enter to the website and write it works fine.
Second Problem: When the server online it close auto(Don't Send ---Send Error) i get those msgs

First of all, need to fix the close "auto" server. Try to run your server from a command prompt instead clicking the Executable. If you do this, even the server crashes, the message will still in the window because the window will not close.

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM !
DEBUGG WHEN I KILL MONSTERS INGAME.
BUT MY WEBSITE AND SERVER ISNT CONNECTED TO EACHOTHERS..
EVEN IF I DID CONNECTION ON MY CONFIG ;|
Can someone please help me.
