Windows Can't connect to my serverpage :/

Apache and mysql is running fine and config.lua is fine everything just fine but i cant connect to my page. when i try to go to my page with ip it goes to router page..?

But i can connect fine with my localhost name or 127.0.0.1


ppl cant connect to my server page HEEEEEELPPP!!:blink::huh::eek:<_<
