Can't connect to MySQL database. With Uniform Server!!

I get this error

Can't connect to MySQL database.

on step 3 when i use Uniform Server, but when i use xampp it works fine. Any ideas?

I use gesior aac 0.3.6

It's impossible to use Gesior for Uniform Server, they involve 2 different encryption types.
