Compiling Cant Connect To OT

Hello, What the problem is that i portforwarded ports 80 and 7171 then done all mysql stuff turned server on but the only thing is that only i can connect with localhost 127.0.0.1 but other people cant connect with my ip whats in config off whatismyip.com.

1. Check if you really turned off the Firewall for the Server application.
2. Did you really do everything what in the Tutorials is said?
3. Did you portforwared UDP and TCP?
